Establishment of the Sultan Group for Tourism and Real Estate Investment ("Sultan Hotels Chain")

Expansion of food import and export operations

Increased interest in importing and exporting building and construction materials

Signing of major national contracts through the National Supply Corporation (NASCO)

Establishment of Al-Abraj Company to become the main supplier of building materials in Libya through a state-of-the-art brick factory in Zliten, operating under the "Ajyad" brand, with a production capacity of 1,000 cubic meters per day

Consolidation of the various Wahiba companies under the name "Wahiba" Holding Company

Translating the growing interest in food manufacturing into action by establishing the Al-Imtiaz Group Company for Mills, Rice Mills, and Vegetable Oil Packaging in Benghazi

Establishing the United Group Mills and Feed Factory in Misrata with a production capacity of 600 metric tons per day

Establishing Al-Ufuq Al-Lami' Shipping Agency to provide maritime services to all companies within Wahiba Holding Company
