Mr. Maghur is one of the pioneers of short stories in Libya. He has been writing since the 1950s and continues until this day.Mr. Maghur was born in Dahra, Tripoli Libya in 1935. He spent his childhood between Dahra and Cairo where he attended school.
-Obtained his law degree in Cairo, Egypt, in 1957, after which he returned to his native homeland, Libya, to take up practice.
-Two years later, he was appointed assistant legal advisor for the state of Tripolitania.

السيد المقهور هو واحد من رواد القصة القصيرة في ليبيا, كان قد تم كتابة سنة 1950, ولا تزال حتى يومنا هذا.
السيدالمقهور ولدت في الظهرة طرابلس , ليبيا في سنة 1935, أمضى طفولته بين الظهرة والقاهرة
حصل على شهادته في الحقوق في القاهرة , مصر , في سنة 1957 , وبعد ذلك عاد إلى وطنه الأصلي , ليبيا لتناول الممارسة.
وبعد ذلك بعامين , تم تعيينه مساعد المستشار القانوني للدولة من طرابلس.
