El-Basma Factory established in the year 1970 under the name of: Signboards & Decoration Arts under the guidance of Hajji Mahmoud El - MAKKI. In the year 1992, the Factory has been totally renewed, specializing the manufacture of stamps as the main line of business, the production standard improved by having good production in earlier time by adopting computer system. Our factory used to produce different types of stamps of automatic ink-filling, and in the year 2003 an agreement has been made with Colop International Company specialized in producing different types of stamps of auto-ink-filling, for distributing their products in Libya. معمل البسمة للأختام

أسس مصنع البسمة سنة 1970 تحت اسم فن اللافتات والديكور بتوجيهات من الحاج محمود المكي وجرى تطويره سنة 1974 بإشراف الكيماوي خالد محمود المكي والذي دأب على توسيع مجالات هذا النشاط فشمل صناعة الأختام والكلاشيهات واللافتات والطباعة ومع مواكبة التطويرات الدولية ادخل في سنة 1988 خط إنتاج جديد لإنجاز العمل بأقصر وقت مع المحافظة على الجودة وفي سنة 1992 جدد المصنع كليا وتخصص في صناعة الأختام بشكل رئيسي حيث أصبح الإنتاج أسرع في الوقت والجودة مع إدخال نظام الكمبيوتر
وكان المصنع ينتج مختلف أنواع الأختام العادية وذاتية الحبر وفي سنة 2003 ثم الاتفاق مع شركة كولوب العالمية المتخصصة في إنتاج مختلف الأختام ذاتية الحبر لتوزيع منتجاتها في ليبيا
وفي سنة 2004 تم تطوير خط الإنتاج بإدخال مادة خام جديدة لزيادة سرعة الإنتاج والجودة
